酒店的位置很好，就在哈里法克斯市中心的碼頭附近，購物和吃飯都很方便，酒店的早餐很好，酒店的房間是套房，房間大，乾淨衞生。

酒店比較新。客服特別溫暖。靠近海邊。出行方便。

I had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore the area and access nearby attractions. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. The only downside was the morning noise on weekdays due to construction happening across the street, roughly 20 meters away. It didn’t ruin the stay, but light sleepers might want to bring earplugs or check if the work is still ongoing. Would recommend for the location and service — just be mindful of the potential noise if you're planning a weekday visit.

Spacious well appointed & located. Handy to have laundry facility onsite. Breakfast selection al la carte was good. Would recommend staying here when in Halifax.

The Hollis Halifax is a great place to stay. All of the staff from the Concierge to the front desk is very friendly and Welcoming. Didn't try out their restaurant yet (After I tried. I will try to update or rewrite the review). But the front desk people. Two of them that made my journey memorable. First one his name is Shaheer. He is very helpful and welcoming. When I showed up earlier this morning for my Studio room that facing the harbor. He checked into detail in a very polite and professional way and told me all of the detail including the room number and form of deposit and the amount. I am glad that he give me an option that I can use my debit card for a $250 deposit when I come check in. Which that can be release when I am checking out right away. And Shaheer also give me a wonderful room that is situated in the Corner (Don't mind share the room number in public, but it is room 802). Lastly, thanks again for Shaheer for all the help and provided all of the detailed information. I feels less stress after you says use the debit card for $250 fixed instead of the credit card for $75 per night. And I must shout out that you make me feel so less stressed Shaheer. The second lady that I remembered, her name is Wit. She is a very outgoing and hardworking lady. She did my entire check in process and I figured out she is also from Asia too. She is such a lovely and welcoming lady. When I checked in, she gives me some welcome cookies which is a special gifts from Hilton. She also provide a spinning wheel which I won 4 bottles of free water. Thank you for that too. And we also have a great talk earlier in the afternoon time. I must say that Wit is such a wonderful lovely lady. Her wonderful smile is like a shining diamond that will keep shining through the Hilton Family. And her politeness and professionalism make me feel so welcoming during the stay. A big points is that this hotel the vent is working way better than the Four Points that I just stayed. Finally thank you for the great experience Shaheer and Wit. I am looking forward to book another reservation if I need to. P.S: Another good point for Wit though is she also helped me the whole process signing up the Hilton Honor account. Thanks for that too.
